(ABC 6 News) -- A man wanted in Olmsted County has been captured.
36-year-old Luke Hottel has been on the run since October. He is wanted on charges of attempted murder, assault and fleeing a peace officer. Hottel tried to run a woman he knew off the road on Highway 63 and attacked her car, according to court documents from July.
According to the criminal complaint, the victim honked the horn, which alerted two people at a residence. Authorities say when they came out, he said he would slit their throats and kill them. Hottel left when one of the people came out with a shotgun and shot it once in the air, according to court documents.
According to the Houston County Sheriff's Office, a task force arrested Hottel at a home on Division Street in Spring Grove.
Shannon Weisbrod, 40, was arrested on a charge of harboring a fugitive.
According to U.S. Bail and Fugitive Enforcement, Hottel is awaiting extradition to Olmsted County.
