April 29, 2017 07:58 PM

(ABC 6 News) -- The Green Party of Minnesota met Saturday morning at the Rochester Public Library to talk with people from the community about how their voices can be heard by signing up with their organization. Party members said their mission is to build a society where everyone can lead full and productive lives in harmony with each other and with nature.

Brian Mueller is the Green Party of Minnesota organizer and told ABC 6 News that with this event, he is hoping more people will support them,  "Honestly, just to listen, we don't have a lot of money, we're building out infrastructure in the state and the more people that join us the more people that support us, the more voices are going to be heard in government and that’s always a good thing.”
