Community Meeting in Rochester Over Level 3 Offender Release

(ABC 6 News) - The Rochester Police Department is holding a community notification meeting regarding a Level 3 Predatory Offender who is relocating to NW Rochester.

According to police, 41-year-old Jeremy Franken is relocating from the 2100 block of Campus Drive SE to the 4400 block of NW 22nd Ave in Rochester on October 25.

Franken was released from custody on August 7.

He has a history of sexual conduct and contact with a 9-year-old female for approximately three years.  Franken was known to his victim and his contact included exposure, voyeurism, touching and penetration.

The community notification meeting is on 18 at 6 p.m. at the Rochester North Precinct, 4001 W. River Parkway NW in the basement classroom.
