(ABC 6 News) -- Fillmore County authorities say a 52-year-old man has been arrested twice in the last twenty hours.

They say Cedric Betts was first arrested on Friday after receiving a tip about a man using meth in the presence of a two-year old child.  After investigating, authorities say they found evidence to arrest Betts and was brought to jail for felony charges of using methamphetamine in the presence of a child.

Then, on Saturday, Fillmore County authorities say, Betts was released from jail around 5:00 PM after paying a $5,000 dollar bond.  Fifteen minutes later, they received a call regarding Betts making threats at the same place where he was arrested the first time. It was then that Betts was arrested for the second time.  This time for charges of terroristic threats and violation of conditions of bail/release.
