(ABC 6 News) -- A Rochester man, with 3 prior DWI convictions within 10 years, is facing a first-degree felony DWI charge after police said he crashed into another vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

Around 8 p.m. on Sunday, November 26, law enforcement received a traffic complaint call from a driver who said they were following another driver who was driving erratically.  As Rochester officers were responding, the driver told law enforcement that the driver had just rear-ended another vehicle at the intersection of 37th St. and North Broadway.  No injuries were reported.

Rochester Police arrested the driver in the complaint, 47-year-old Harland Morehart of Rochester.  Captain John Sherwin said Morehart blew a .29 at the Olmsted County Adult Detention Center.
