Byron Superintendent Finalists Announced

Final interviews for the three Superintendent finalists for Byron Public Schools begin today.

According to Executive Assistant to the Superintendent, Deb Brown, the three finalists are Deborah Olson, Superintendent, Clinton Community Schools, Clinton, IA, William (Bill) Adams, Superintendent, Janesville-Waldorf-Pemberton Schools, Janesville, MN, and Dr. Joey Page, Principal, Richfield Public Schools, Richfield, MN.


Community members, staff and students are welcome to attend a question and answer session with the candidates on March 20, 21, and 22 in the DACS Board Room at 630 1st Ave NW in Byron from 5- 6 p.m.

The final interviews by school board members will be held in the DACS Board Room at 7:30 p.m.

Current Superintendent Jeff Elstad will be taking over as the Superintendent for Owatonna Public Schools in the fall.
