Man Arrested After $36,000 in Drugs Found in Austin Home

(ABC 6 News) - An Austin man is facing possible charges after a search warrant at his home turned up around $36,000 worth of drugs.

According to the Austin Police Department, a Security Incident Response (SIRT) Team executed a search warrant at a home on the 1000 block of 3rd Ave NE around 5 p.m. on Wednesday.

Officers seized 13.5 ounces of methamphetamine, with an estimated street value of $35,000, along with 4 ounces of marijuana with a street value around $1,000.

Forty-seven-year-old Robert Trevino was arrested and is facing a possible charge of 1st-degree sale or possession of drugs.
