ABC 6 Weather Lab Assistants Cyrus & Clay

November 30, 2017 12:39 PM

(ABC 6 News) - It's Wednesday... which means today we are announcing our latest ABC 6 Weather Lab Assistant. This week's winners are Cyrus pictured on the left and his brother Clay on the right. They completed a new experiment we have listed called Ivory Soap Cloud.

Cyrus and Clay also sent us a video of them completing the experiment with the help of their parents... and what they thought of it.

"And that's why the clouds get bigger because of the water. That's smelly, it looks like a turtle."

Cyrus is a second grader from Wykoff and was there when the Weather Lab visited Kingsland. His mom says he has always been interested in weather and really enjoyed completing this experiment with his brother.

Congratulations to Cyrus and Clay.

You can be our next certified Weather Lab Assistant just like Cyrus and Clay.

All you have to do is head over to our website... complete one of the experiments listed there, and then upload a picture. We'll be picking our next certified winner... who will also win a fun, gadget-filled Weather Lab kit... in one week.

And our ABC 6 Weather Lab will be back on the road once again next month. The next stop will be at Sumner Elementary School in Austin!
