Sam is estimated to be about 2-4 years old.  He is a beautiful black/brown tabby who showed up at his foster’s home last winter hungry, cold and frightened, but not letting humans near him.

He survived the winter with heated food bowls and a cat shelter. Over the last months, Sam has started asking for help and trusting his foster family. His personality has emerged as an affectionate and gentle guy who cannot get enough face rubs.

Sam has overcome a lot and is now looking for his forever home.  He was on his own for a long time but is adjusting to inside life very well. He has very good house manners.  Sam is playful but still very gentle.  He is most interested in pets and resting his head in your lap. He has very chubby cheeks! Sam is shy at first and would do best in a quieter home.

All adoptable pets have been spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. For more information about adoption, please contact Camp Companion at 507-951-7801,, or find us on Facebook!
