(ABC 6 News) --  The second day of Rochester's very first Greek themed festival is bringing out the toga downtown.

This morning the 5K toga run and walk had runners draped in togas while competing. The run started and finished near the Peace Plaza.

Participants like the idea and thought it was a novel approach, "This is a novel approach because it has the 5k run and different performances, stages, and music, I applaud the first Athens Fest, we're really doing a great job."

And fun in togas doesn't end there. At nine tonight, there's a free toga pub crawl downtown and anyone is welcome.

Togas were seen in downtown Rochester today at the first ever Athens Fest 5K.
