(ABC 6 News) - In an ABC 6 News update, the investigation into a Freeborn County Sheriff's Deputy has been completed and no charges will be filed.

Deputy Dale Glazier was put on paid leave at the end of May, shortly after filing to run for Freeborn County Sheriff. As we reported, Glazier was accused of misconduct and put on leave the same day he filed to run. The paperwork was filed just minutes apart.

The Rochester Police Department handled the case in order to avoid a conflict on interest. Internal affairs found the complaint against Glazier was, "not sustained therefore discipline is not warranted."

So far, Deputy Glazier has not returned phone calls for comment.
