(ABC 6 News) -- In Austin today, there was plenty of running, swimming and biking that went on.

It was the 2nd Annual Spamtown Triathlon.

The top three finishers were awarded cash prizes for the 500 yard swim, 13 mile bike and 5K run.

Thirty-five people took part this year, and all entry fees go towards financial assistance for YMCA memberships.

The event was held at the Austin City Pool, instead of the YMCA, because of the Main Street construction in downtown Austin.

Organizers say the location worked well and they haven't decided if the triahtlon will be back at the YMCA next year or if they will keep it at the city pool.
