(ABC 6 News) - A Rochester man was cited after he allegedly called 911 multiple times, with no emergency to report.

The Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office says a probation officer had put out an apprehension order for Juan Green. Green was allegedly upset and called 911 eleven times in a row around 1:45 Tuesday afternoon. Authorities say during the conversations, Green got verbally aggressive, and began threatening to commit crimes, such as robbing a bank.

Deputies say when they made contact with Green at an address in Rochester, he refused to take a breathalyzer test. However, he was taken to detox because deputies say he was visibly intoxicated.

Green was cited for making emergency telephone calls without an emergency.
