(ABC 6 News) - Three people are facing burglary and theft charges after allegedly breaking into property owned by Destiny Church in Rochester.

Authorities say they pulled over a suspicious vehicle they say contained musical equipment worth around $3,100 dollars.

Around 3 o'clock Friday morning, Marvin Bale, Ricky Perron and Kathleen Bielen were arrested near the 2500 block of Highway 52.

The state trooper who pulled them over, says he received consent by the occupants to search the vehicle and found the musical equipment with stickers from the Mount Zion Christian church, which is now Destiny Church.

Officials went to the church’s location near 40th Avenue NW and confirmed there was evidence of forced entry into an outbuilding.

Bielen is also facing drug charges for allegedly possessing six grams of meth.
