(ABC 6 NEWS) -- At a meeting Monday, Governor Dayton will consider extending Minnesota's state of emergency.
The declaration includes 35 counties. Programs regarding flood recovery will be discussed in the meeting.
Aid discussed will likely cover damage to bridges and roads. Damage costs need to be much higher for assistance to homeowners. Officials can't determine that until more water recedes.
