Local Healthcare Provider Fires Employee on Accounts of Sexual Misconduct

(ABC 6 News) -- A Cedar Valley Services employee in Austin has been fired after being accused of sexual misconduct.

The Department of Health is investigating these claims. The report says the alleged sexual abuse happened earlier this year. It states that a staff member allegedly hit a vulnerable adult suffering from depression and ADHD and requested sex. 

The report also says other staff members have never witnessed inappropriate behavior from the accused staff member.

They also say the victim has had issues in the past. 

A Cedar Valley Services employee has been fired on account of sexual misconduct.
