(ABC 6 News) -- Investigators have identified the cause of a fire at Owatonna High School Thursday.
Officials say a halogen light in the auditorium was too close to the stage curtains, causing them to catch fire. Students were evacuated from the building. There were no injuries.
The fire was contained to the stage area. Smoke and water from the sprinkler system caused some damage, but there is no estimate on what it will cost to repair.
