(ABC 6 News) -- The Olmsted County sheriff's office is alerting people that a level three sex offender has moved from Rochester to Eyota.

Joshua Lee Jones, 29, has a history of sexual contact with underage girls. He's been out of prison and living in Rochester since 2012. Jones just recently moved and is now employed in Eyota.

There was a notification meeting tonight where authorities say they can't release where Jone's lives. At this point he's no longer on probation, so no restrictions have been placed on him.

"There’s people are out there, the point we want to bring to the community is just to practice good, safe procedures with you family, teach your kids, teach them what is not acceptable and also be cautious yourself,” said Detective Rob Studer, Olmsted County Sheriff's Office.

Currently, there are 13 level three predatory offenders living in Olmsted County.
