Two Arrested In Rochester Double Home Invasion

(ABC 6 News) – Two women are in custody following a double home invasion in Rochester late Tuesday night.

Both incidents happened at a duplex on the 600 block of 11th Avenue NE in Rochester. The occupant of one of the apartments heard a knock at the door and opened it to find three woman and a man, two of the women were holding knives.

The male suspect allegedly punched the resident in the face and demanded money. Since he didn’t have any cash, the victim handed over electronic items and the four eventually left. The victim says he knew one of the women by a nickname.

Soon after, the four were found at the neighboring apartment. This time they allegedly stole a puppy pit bull and a Sony PlayStation. We’re told this resident also may have known one of the suspects.

Rochester Police were called and recognized the name of the one female and a man who matched the description. They went to the woman's address and found the puppy pit bull and one of the other suspects. Two woman have been taken into custody, the others are still on the loose.

Police believe they know who the other two are but have not released any names. The names of the two in custody were also not given at this time.
