Investigators are waiting for autopsy results to be released before releasing the name of the person killed in a fire near Dover.

The fire happened Wednesday morning northeast of town. Two people living in the home. The Olmsted County Sheriff's Office says one of those went to work, and a few hours later a passerby heard some sort of explosion and noticed smoke.

The house was engulfed in flames when fire crews arrived. The house is destroyed. Authorities say they're looking at all possibilities.

"I don't think we can rule out anything at this point. We'll provide more information once our investigation is complete," says Olmsted County Sheriff Dave Mueller.

Olmsted County is working with the State Fire Marshal to determine how the fire started.
