(ABC 6 NEWS) -- A Rochester man facing five felonies and a misdemeanor will face a jury this summer on gun threat charges.
Brandon Murray is accused of getting upset on New Year's day, and threatening to shoot his live-in girlfriend, as well as some guests.
According to the criminal complaint, Murray's girlfriend confronted him over some text messages on his phone. The pair started to argue, and that's when Murray is accused of saying "I'm going to get my gun and shoot you."
At one point, Murray's friend tried to wrestle the gun away from him, but after failing to do so, locked himself in the bathroom. Murray is again accused of threatening to shoot his friend.
There were also two children of the guests at the home that were crying during this time, and Murray is accused of threatening to shoot them as well.
Murray has plead not guilty to several charges of assault with a dangerous weapon and terroristic threats.
