(ABC 6 NEWS) -- The Winona man found dead Sunday afternoon has been identified.
Sheriff Dave Brand says Glenn Brown, 57, was found unconscious. We've learned the house he was looking over was that of his daughter.
As we reported, the sheriff's office took a call about an unresponsive man at 3:39pm Sunday, Brown was pronounced dead at the scene.
We've learned this week he was at a bar/restaurant earlier in the day, and that his glasses were found about a block and a half away. A trail of blood from that scene went to the house.
The sheriff's office says he had a cut to his lip, ear and that part of his scalp was missing. There was a pool of blood. However, they don't have evidence of a fight, gunshot or a vehicle hit and run.
The official cause of death has been ruled as blood loss and hypothermia. The investigation continues.
