(ABC 6 News) – Olmsted County officials say a doctor in Rochester reported their tax information stolen.

Exactly a month ago we learned past and current employees of Olmsted Medical Center had their private information stolen. Since the breach, Rochester Police say they have gotten multiple calls from employees who have had their tax information stolen and their tax refunds given to someone else.

Wednesday, Sergeant Tom Claymon with the Olmsted County Sheriff’s Department told us this doctor is employed at a “different clinic in town” and also had their taxes filed by someone else. They would not say which clinic he worked for, other than it’s not Olmsted Medical Center.

We’re told security staff at the doctor's clinic has been notified, and at this time, they do not believe there was a breach of employee data. We are working to find out more.
