(ABC 6 News) - Police say two Rochester residents were arrested for operating a meth lab near a “school zone.”

Police arrested Cory Meredith and Michelle Wright, both 25, at 1103 East Center Street. In the apartment, police say they found fixings for a meth lab.

Both suspects were charged with 6 felonies on Tuesday. Those charges include manufacturing and possessing methamphetamine. The other four charges were related to have the drug in the presence of a child.

The home is just kiddy-corner from the Boys and Girls Club in Rochester.

The two were in court Thursday: Meredith was granted conditional bail of $25,000. Wright’s conditional bail was set at $10,000.
