(ABC 6 News) -- Now that we know who will be in the Super Bowl, fans are gearing up for the big game, but so is company in Winona. WinCraft makes just about every kind of sports memorabilia you see out there.
"Friday we said, ‘Okay, if the Broncos win, that was the first game, this staff comes in. If the Patriots win, this staff comes in,’" said Dave Schipper with WinCraft.
It's pretty difficult to start making merchandise for the Super Bowl when you don't even know which two teams are headed there, but after two big games Sunday, those at WinCraft were ready to get to work. "So right after the game we had our silk screeners start for the Broncos, somewhere around 7:00 at night," said Schipper.
In the coming days we're going to see a lot of the Broncos and Seahawks on items that are made right here in Winona. "We are a supplier of licensed products, hard good novelties to the industry. What does that mean? Apparel is soft goods, hard goods is everything else," said Schipper, "We're going to ship during this week, over 300,000 units."
Those there that work around the clock say this busy time is something they're used to with the company being around for more than 50 years. "We don't want to call it chaotic. This is normal life, it's' just a little bit faster," said Schipper.
WinCraft doesn’t just make items for the NFL but all national sports leagues. They even just signed with the World Cup, a global market.
