Threatening Phone Call Lands Convicted Murderer Back In Jail
Mark Huyber-Charged With Terroristic Threats
A Rochester man recently released from prison is being charged with terroristic threats after calling his ex-girlfriend and threatening to kill her, and the father of her child, whom she is no longer in a relationship with.
Rochester Police located 41-year-old Mark Huyber early Friday morning near his ex-girlfriend’s home and arrested him for felony charge of terrorist threats.
According to Rochester police back in 1999, Huyber was convicted of 2nd degree murder and served 12 years in prison.
