Former Teacher Going Back to Jail

(ABC 6 NEWS) -- A former elementary teacher convicted of child sex abuse is going back to jail.

Francis Skinness was charged with touching two third grade girls at Bonner Elementary in Stewartville.

He failed to make progress in a sex offender program, so he'll spend six months in jail while he re-enrolls in the program.
