Email to a FriendPolice Say Stewartville Man Pulls Out Handgun At Local Bar
(ABC 6 News) - There were a few scary moments at a bar in Stewartville over the weekend. Police say a man, who was drunk and was trying to pick fights, pulled out a handgun and set it on the bar.
The incident happened at Skip N Dales around 12:30 Sunday morning.
The Olmsted County Sheriff's Department says William Timm, of Stewartville, put the gun on the bar. However, authorities also say he didn't point it at anyone and he didn't threaten anyone with it. They also say Timm did have a permit to carry a weapon.
Even so, he's being charged with disorderly conduct and carrying a handgun while under the influence.
