Email to a Friend17 More Flu Deaths Reported Last Week
(ABC 6 News) -- The latest flu numbers remain low but did go up again this past week. 17 more people died from the flu, compared to 12 the week before.
There have now been 165 flu related deaths this season. 31 more people were hospitalized bringing that total to 2,836.
Only two more long term care facilities and four schools reported outbreaks, much lower then previous weeks.
Health officials still suggest everyone to get a flu shot if they haven't already.
