Email to a FriendMan Cited For Indecent Exposure At RCTC
(ABC 6 News) - A 20-year-old man has admitted to masturbating in a music room at Rochester Technical and Community College.
Rochester Police were called to RCTC Tuesday just after 5 p.m. because a man was allegedly caught masturbating by campus security.
He ran away, but police found him later and say he admitted to the crime. Police say he is not a student at RCTC.
Police did not arrest him, but did cite him for indecent exposure.
