Plea Change in Mower County Hit and Run

(ABC 6 News) -- 25-year-old Zachary Losey of Spring Valley has changed his plea to guilty for criminal vehicular operation.

The incident happened in July when police say Losey was driving drunk in Racine Township. That's when he hit a women and her dog who were walking.

The dog was killed and the woman suffered a severe fracture to her leg. Losey's blood alcohol content at the time was .13.
