Email to a FriendMan Dies in Rochester after Struggle with Police
(ABC 6 News) -- On Friday evening around 6:00, Rochester Police Officers were attempting to arrest a man who had warrants out for his arrest; when he stopped breathing.
It happened near East Center Street, and 13th Ave NE in Rochester.
The man stopped breathing during a struggle with officers. The officers tried to revive him, and he was taken to St. Mary's Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is investigating the incident.
