Street Closure in Albert Lea

(ABC 6 News) -- Due to a electrical/utility problem on Bridge Ave (near the Northbridge Mall) in Albert Lea, Bridge Ave is closed to traffic between Westron Street and Algon Street.

Traffic lights are not functioning and power is out in the area. Police are advising travelers to use alternate routes to avoid this area.

Utilities are working to correct the problem and hope to have the street open quickly.
