Email to a FriendWitness: Assault Victim Kicked In Head 15, 20 Times
(ABC6News) - A Stewartville man faces charges after allegedly kicking another man in the head 15 to 20 times.
That according to a witness.
Police were called to the 900 block of fourth avenue northeast on a report of a fight involving two men around 8:30 Saturday night.
Officers found a 41 year old Austin man on the ground.
Police say the man was suffering from swelling to the right side of his face and head, and cuts to his nose.
He declined medical attention.
Other officers responding to the call located a 29 year old Stewartville man, who matched the description of the suspect in the assault.
He was arrested without incident.
