Teen Sex Assault Suspect Facing New Charges

(ABC 6 NEWS) -- A 17-year-old Rochester boy appeared in court Monday afternoon, charged with three additional felonies.

The charges include two counts of criminal sexual conduct and one count of burglary. They're related to two attacks against women in the Kutsky Park Neighborhood. The teen was charged last week for a third attack.

Prosecutors are working to have the teen tried as an adult, but right now he's being charged as a juvenile.
