Northern Minn. Crash Kills Four

A crash in Pine County has left four people dead in one person seriously injured.

The Pine County Sheriff’s Office says the incident happened around 6:30 p.m. Tuesday near Askov. Authorities say a pickup with five passengers tried to make a left turn onto Clark Road in front of a semi truck.

A 17-year-old girl and a 21 and 58-year-old were dead at the scene. Another 20-year-old woman was airlifted and later died at the hospital. A 21-year-old man is in serious condition.

The crash is under investigation.
