Cold temperatures are expected to linger in the Twin Cities, according to KSTP's Dave Dahl.
Temperatures Thursday are only expected reach 25 degrees, and they're likely to drop to 10 degrees during the evening. Temperatures in the low-to-mid 20s are expected Friday and Saturday as well.
Sunday is expected to be the first day where temperatures again reach 30 degrees. However, it isn't expected to last.
Monday's temperatures are expected to drop back into the 20s.
Dahl said the next round of snow could come to the Twin Cities Friday. His forecast calls for an Alberta Clipper to move into the area, which could produce a dry, fluffy snow.
KSTP's Josie Smith said while more snow isn't expected until Friday, morning commutes still could be a little tricky.
There are still a number of slick spots on roadways, which drivers may be cautious around.
