(ABC 6 NEWS) -- The Dodge County Sheriff says autopsy results show a 15-year-old Byron boy, whose body was found in March, died from a combination of drugs and exposure.

Noah Graddy was last seen alive leaving a friend's house in Kasson in late January. His body was found two months later along some railroad tracks between Kasson and Byron.

Investigators believe he was trying to walk home in very cold temperatures. They say the investigation is on-going, but they don't suspect foul play.

"Now that the autopsy results are in we can open the case back up to look at it and see where we go from here," says Dodge County Sheriff Jim Jensen.

According to the autopsy results, the exact time of death was ruled to be when Noah's body was found in March. The sheriff believes Noah died much earlier, but says it is hard to determine that because of exposure to the elements.

Sheriff Jensen also says at least three different drugs were found in Noah's system, and one or two of them were not prescription. However, he couldn't elaborate any further.
