Suspect Identified in 2012 North Iowa Homicide

(ABC 6 NEWS) -- Law enforcement officials have announced a suspect in the 2012 homicide of a Nashua man.

As we reported, Ken Gallmeyer, 72, was found dead inside his home in Nashua on October 4, 2012.

Wednesday the Chichasaw County Sheriff announced Randy Lee Patrie, 41, of Charles City is a viable suspect in Gallmeyer's death.

Patrie was taken into custody in July of last year on gun charges, and remains in custody of US Marshalls.
