U of M Student Falls from Balcony at Off-Campus Fraternity House
Man falls from balcony at U of M fraternity house.

A student of the University of Minnesota was taken to the hospital after falling from a second floor balcony at a fraternity house off campus Saturday.
A KSTP employee witnessed the incident that happened in the 1600 block of University Avenue Southeast around 1 p.m.
The man was conscious when emergency crews arrived.
No details were immediately available from Minneapolis police.
Matt Levine, program director for the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities released this statement:
"We at the University of Minnesota are saddened to hear the news of a student falling from the balcony of an off-campus fraternity house. Our thoughts are with him and his family. Staff from the University's Office for Student Affairs has reached out to his family and to members of the University's fraternity and sorority communities to offer support. We will continue to work closely with our fraternities and sororities and their members to foster an environment that is safe for our students and visitors."
