(ABC 6 NEWS) - An 18-year-old Rochester man is in critical condition after a shooting late Thursday night.
Rochester Police say the shooting happened around 11:30 p.m. at a home on the 200 block of 15th Ave. S.E.
When police arrived, they found a man with a gunshot wound to his head, lying in the garage. He was taken to Saint Marys Hospital. Police said he was in "very critical condition."
There may have been a gathering at the house prior to the shooting, according to authorities.
Nearby residents tell ABC 6 News there was a another shooting at one of the neighbor's homes earlier this summer and they believe the two shootings are connected. However, police have not confirmed that at this time.
Authorities say, at the moment, there are no suspects. But officers are interviewing witnesses.
