What is Skyr?

Berry Smoothie with Siggi’s
Serves: 1 (about 2½ cups)

All You Need
1 cup sliced fresh or frozen strawberries
1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
1 tbsp flaxseed meal
1/3 cup Siggi’s vanilla-flavored yogurt
1 cup crushed ice*
All You Do
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender; blend until smooth.
2. *May use more or less ice, depending upon personal preference.
