Rochester Community Service Officer Threatened With Gun

(ABC 6 News) - No one likes getting parking tickets, but police say a Rochester man took it too far.

Authorities say a female community service officer was writing out parking tickets in the Mayo Civic Center parking lot around 9:25 p.m. Sunday night, when an angry male approached.

Police say the male drew a handgun and threatened to kill the officer if she wrote him a ticket... then left the area.

About an hour later officers stopped a man matching the suspect's description, but were unable to find any evidence of the incident.  Eventually, he was arrested for possession of Marijuana.
