Police Activity Closed WB I-94 in Downtown St. Paul During Early Morning Commute

Westbound I-94 in downtown St. Paul was closed for about an hour due to police activity Wednesday morning.

The lanes of the freeway were closed at Mounds Blvd. around 5:30 a.m. and reopened around 6:30 a.m.

Traffic was also detoured on northbound Highway 52 as police worked the scene.
