Email to a FriendSex Offender Charged with Not Complying with Requirements
(ABC 6 News) -- A Klemme Iowa man has been arrested for not registering as a sex offender.
23-year-old Octavio Alonzo is charged with failure to comply with sex offender registration requirements.
The criminal complaint filed with the clerk of court alleges Alonzo previously registered as a sex offender in Wright County but was now living in Klemme and working in Forest City.
The charge is a class C felony because the sex offense was committed against a minor.
Alonzo is being held in Hancock County Jail and if convicted, faces up to 10 years in prison.
