RAW: AP's Attorney Speaks on Dropped Charges
Misdemeanor resisting arrest charges against Adrian Peterson have been dropped.
The Minnesota Vikings running back was arrested outside a Houston nightclub on July 7th after a confrontation with an off-duty police. He was then released on $1,000 bond.

In a phone interview, Hardin tells KSTP a Texas grand jury returned a 'no bill', meaning resisting arrest charges will be dis
missed against Peterson Wednesday. Harden says, he was "wrongly charged" after two police officers "totally overreacted."
Hardin says Peterson will decide after the NFL season if legal action will be taken against the officers.
Police claim Peterson shoved the officer, working security, and asked Peterson and his friends to leave the club, which was closed. Peterson said July 13 that he "didn't push, shove, touch anything to anyone that night, especially an officer."
