Bruins offense leading the way
(ABC 6 NEWS) -- The season is still young, but so far, the Austin Bruins offense is doing a great job of putting the puck in the net.
The Bruins are averaging 3.85 goals in seven games this season, tops in the Central Division.
"I think we have some higher-end skill players," Bruins head coach Chris Tok said. "They're more capable of putting the puck in the back of the net with less opportunities."
Austin extended its winning streak to three games with a pair of wins over Aberdeen last weekend.
The Bruins hit the road for a game against first-place Brookings Friday, before coming home to face Bismarck Saturday night.
