$1 Billion Dollar Plan To Reward Science, Math Teachers

WASHINGTON (AP) - The Obama administration wants to reward high-performing teachers.
    
Wednesday, it'll unveil a plan to create a corps of elite master teachers in science, technology, engineering and math.
    
The $1 billion program will reward teachers with a $20,000 a year stipend.
