Get Fit: Golf
(ABC 6 NEWS) - Willow Creek golf pro Scott Rindahl says golfing can be a great way to get fit, "Walking gives you exercise. You know, the body movement, swinging gets your body moving."
Keeping limber, keeping active especially if you leave the golf cart behind.
"Willow Creek is about 61 hundred yards so roughly you'll get about 3-4 miles in worth of walking. That's pretty good for a day," continues Rindahl.
But golf isn't for everyone.
"People think that hitting a little white golf ball is easy. It's like here... Give it a try."
To Kenny King and Chris Kuball, that sounded like a challenge.
And it didn't go so well.
