Sirloin Pepper Soup
Serves 8 (1-cup serving).

1 (1 lb) sirloin steak, cooked, cut into bite-size pieces
1 (15 oz) can Hy-Vee chili-style beans
1 (15 oz) can Hy-Vee black beans, drained, rinsed
1 (14.5 oz) can Hy-Vee chili-ready diced tomatoes
1 (14 oz) can lower-sodium beef broth2 tbsp Hy-Vee chili powder
1 (1 lb) package Birds Eye™ pepper stir-fry mix5 dashes hot sauce

  1. In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients.  Bring to a boil.  Simmer uncovered 10 minutes.
